The mission

Everyone claims they can negotiate. We help you prove it.

A fight. A lease. A job. A deal. Every major turn in life comes down to a conversation most people were never taught how to have. The Negotiation Lab exists to change that. We put you through real practice under real pressure, so advocating for yourself stops being something you fear and becomes something you trust.

What we do

Practice the skill nobody teaches.

Most students graduate having never negotiated anything under real pressure. We fix that through live scenarios, honest feedback, and a leaderboard that tracks exactly how much you've grown.

How it works

Every session moves the needle.

1
Baseline assessment
Five real-world scenarios across negotiation, communication, and persuasion, scored instantly against a consistent rubric. You will receive a starting benchmark and discover which of the four negotiator types you are: Diplomat, Closer, Analyst, or Improviser.
2
Prep that counts
Real growth starts before the room. You will prepare deliberately. Your strategy, expected objections, and opening remarks are all measured, not just how you perform on the spot.
3
Practice, live and scored
You negotiate for real: live scenarios, under pressure, with your performance scored so progress is visible instead of guessed at. A leaderboard tracks how everyone grows over time.
4
Recognition that's earned
Standout performance and standout growth both get recognized, decided by the scores, not by popularity.
Top performer
For the sharpest negotiator, earned through consistent, scored practice, not a one-off.
Most improved
For the biggest leap from where you started. Growth counts as much as raw talent.
